Linocuts are a type of relief print and give bold results. (lino mounted onto a wood base) Paper size approx 18cm x 18cm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eAbout the Tutor\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSally Stephens \u003c\/strong\u003euses the intaglio processes of etching and drypoint in her practice and also some screen print. Her work frequently explores the human face and its enduring fascination. Crowds and collections of faces provide a way to think about how the individual relates to a group, and consider the connections between people. Work is also inspired by travel and encountered images, for example Greek and Roman sculpture and busy city streets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSally has completed an Advanced Diploma in Printmaking at Central St Martins School of Art and an M A in printmaking at Northampton University.
